Peace Love Word

In the creation of this design, I sought to balance the contrasting themes of war and peace as a representation of love. The choice of a white and blue color scheme was deliberate, imparting a visual message of purity, tranquility, and steadiness. The 'Soldier of Peace' motif was thoughtfully crafted as an all-over print, symbolizing a harmonious blend of strength and serenity within the fabric itself.

This distinctive creation is a masterclass in versatility, crafted to be worn as either a chic leather jacket or a classic bomber. From the outset, I envisioned a collage that would weave together the core affirmations, illustrations, logos, and designs of Peace Love World, all to adorn the interior lining of the jacket.
After carefully selecting the perfect leather and zippers, and meticulously designing the silhouette, the unique allure of the lining became too compelling to conceal. This led to a bold decision: we inverted the traditional design, making the jacket reversible. The result was the birth of the reversible jacket for the Good Energy Collection, a piece that offers two dynamic looks infused with the brand’s spirit.

As a part of this Spring collection, we needed to bring a fun and feminine touch to our basic bodies. I digitally designed the floral prints and matched those with the flutter sleeves on the tees to design a more refined look for the 2016 Flower Child Collection for QVC.

My team and I revitalized one of our classic designs with a fresh, ribbed fabric, breathing new life into the collection. The integration of this textural element, coupled with the cosmic motif and empowering message that 'the Universe has your back,' resonated deeply with our customers, leading to an immediate sell-out.
